PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND STORE POLICY

Processing or turnaround time refers to the time it takes to complete your order before shipping. Due to the hand-processing of some items, the turnaround time may vary depending on the number of orders in the queue. During the holiday season and fall, if you opt for Priority Mail shipping, the processing time remains unchanged. However, shipping will be handled exclusively by the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number once your order ships.

US Customers

Orders are shipped via USPS – Ground  Advantage or priority shipping. Items containing flammable materials must be shipped via ground shipping. All orders will include a tracking number, enabling you to track your package to its destination.

We occasionally offer complimentary first-class shipping on all orders of $75 or more.

USPS often experiences delays during the holiday seasons; if your package is not delivered or tracking shows it as stuck in transit, we cannot obtain further information. You must contact your local post office to inquire regarding the status of your package. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, we have no control over how USPS handles delivery. Please note that Little Flower Apothecary cannot reimburse orders that were mishandled by the post office or stolen from a residence; you must file a claim with your local post office directly; we do not refund lost or stolen packages; these are our sales terms; which you agree to at the time of checkout.

International Customers

For international customers, as we are not familiar with the import restrictions in your country, please be aware of the applicable import restrictions and fees before placing your order. We cannot mark packages as “Gifts,” so please DO NOT ASK US, AS IT IS ILLEGAL.   All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, shipping fees, and additional expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility. If a package is returned to us because you did not pay the customs fee, we will not issue a refund.

Overseas packages usually take 3-6 weeks to arrive, sometimes longer, and sometimes are delayed by customs. Once a package has been processed through customs, we are unable to track it. Please check with your local postal or customs office if your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, as we have no control over overseas postal services. We recommend visiting your local customs or post office to discuss your package, as your courier may not recognize the USPS-generated tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made an error, please get in touch with us within 24 hours to request a correction.

Please note that we cannot guarantee overseas shipments. While most of our packages arrive successfully, international shipping poses a risk, and once we ship your package, we have no control over it. We DO NOT refund lost or stolen packages. These are our sales terms, to which you agree upon checkout. Please understand the risks involved with international orders before placing your order.

We have suspended service to the UK due to the changes in Brexit tax and import laws. We want to offer UK shipping again in the future.

Coupon Codes

Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be used after the purchase has been made.

We occasionally include a one-time-use coupon code in our packages, valid for one year. Please note that these coupon codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other codes, free shipping offers, sale items, or any other promotional offers. The code must be entered during the checkout process. Codes cannot be applied retroactively, and orders cannot be canceled to include coupon codes.

Product Disclaimer and Essential Oil Safety

Some essential oils and fragrances are not recommended for children or women who are pregnant or nursing. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult with your doctor before using any product containing essential oils. Always keep essential oils and related products out of the reach of children and pets. Pets (especially cats) are susceptible to critical oils, so please keep pets away from diffusing essential oils and wash your hands after using essential oils before petting your fur babies.

Always conduct an allergy patch test on a small area of your arm and leave it on for 24 hours before applying the complete product. Discontinue use should you experience irritation. Your purchase acknowledges that some people may have allergic reactions to various aromatics, essential oils, and body products. Little Flower Apothecary LLC, Tina’s Natural Products, and The Mystic’s Garden are not liable for the reaction or misuse of our products.

Please refrain from engaging in hazardous activities with your products. Keep essential oils and sprays out of reach of children and pets, especially those with sensitive eyes. Do not use near or store by an open flame. These products are for external use only. Our hand-made products are for external use only. You may not rebottle, resell, or distribute the hand-made products from Little Flower Apothecary, Tina’s Natural Products, or The Mystic’s Garden in any form.

When purchasing candles, clearing bundles, clearing sprays, incense, essential oils, herbs, and body products, know that we are not responsible for the outcome. It is your responsibility to understand how to use them in personal practice.

Products with a spiritual, metaphysical, or magical reference are to be observed and reserved. We do not guarantee refunds nor accept responsibility for the use of the mentioned items.
