Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Because most of our products are handmade and occasionally one-of-a-kind or limited edition, once your order is placed through our system, it is final and cannot be canceled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If we make an error by sending the wrong item, we will do our best to correct it.

We do not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, we don’t have control over how the carrier handles the packages; you must contact your carrier directly. At checkout, please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If you have made an error in your shipping address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours to correct it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Products with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at hello@littleflowerapothecary.com and send it to Little Flower Apothecary, 1806 Deep Run Road, Pipersville, PA 18947.

Gifts

Gift certificates can only be exchanged for goods; they are non-refundable.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to Little Flower Apothecary, 1806 Deep Run Road, Pipersville, PA 18947.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If returning, consider a convertible shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you are returning more expensive items, please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.
