Essential Wholesale Terms

  • Minimum Order: $100.00 for all orders.

  • Eligibility: Open to licensed businesses selling natural, holistic, or metaphysical products. A State or Federal Tax ID is required. If you have a copy, please attach for our records.

  • MSRP Policy: Retailers must agree to sell products at or above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) to maintain brand value.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of order via credit card or PayPal, unless other arrangements (such as Net 30) have been pre-approved.

  • Shipping & Lead Times: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Wholesale orders are generally fulfilled within 7-14 business days.

  • Returns & Damages: All wholesale sales are final. Any damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery to receive a credit or replacement.

  • Third-Party Marketplace Restriction: Selling Little Flower Apothecary products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBay is strictly prohibited.
